I just quit taking it almost 4 weeks ago because my husband and I want to start trying to have a baby. I never had any problems taking the pill, but I'm just anxious to see how long it takes for me to have a period again. Every woman's body is different. I had to switch from my depo shot because I could no longer afford it. Not having birth control is not an option. So I found the lybrel on a website and asked my gyno to take this pill because I was used to not having periods with my depo.the first night I took it I went to the hospital. I was having the severe side effects from this pill. My entire left arm went numb and I couldn't breathe. Its been 2 days since I've taken it and I'm still having slight side effects. Mind you I've never had an allergic reaction to any medications. It will make me think twice about what I put in my body just to not have a period.
