
Vitamin and Supplement Help
As a busy mom and entrepreneur, I am embarrassed to admit that my own health is usually the very last thing on my mind. I go and go and go until I reach the point of exhaustion. Then I pass out until I’m restored and start all over again. But after the recent holiday season filled with cold bugs, a poor diet and subsequent weight gain, I’ve come to realize that I can’t rely on the metabolism and immune system of my youth to keep me living healthy. I could no longer live on a grab-as-you-go diet that lacked nutrition and sustenance. I had the option of selecting the vitamins and supplements from Dr. Weil’s list, using the descriptions provided, and customize my order to meet the health concerns I had. The price was reasonable, staying in line with the cost of over the counter vitamins at my local pharmacy, and the delivery time was short. I’ll leave it to medical journals to sell you on the benefits of a daily vitamin regimen but I have noticed in the few weeks since I started the program, I have felt more alert, more energetic, and certainly more healthy. Another perk to joining the Vitamin Advisor program was that I started browsing Dr. Weil’s website and found healthy recipes, advice about common medical questions, and even some new yoga poses.
